In loving memory: Dr. Paz

Dr. Robert (Bob or Bobby) Alex Paz was an associate professor at NMSU Klipsch School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He passed away on March 26, 2017 the age of 54, having battled Leukemia (AML) for the last 18 months of his life. Dr. Paz graduated from NMSU with a BS in Electrical Engineering, and from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with an MS and PhD also in Electrical Engineering, and was fortunate to obtain a faculty position at his Alma Mater. He served for 25 years in a professorial role at NMSU in the Klipsch School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. “A memorial service is scheduled at University Church of Christ, 1555 University Ave., Las Cruces, NM on Friday, March 31, 2017, at 6:30 pm.
